    DISCREETLY — USER AGREEMENT

    1. Introduction

    This User Agreement governs your use of the Discreetly platform ("Discreetly", "we", "us", or "our").

    By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

    If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

    2. What Discreetly Is (and Is Not)

    Discreetly provides a platform that allows users to create, send, accept, and store private agreements between themselves.

    Discreetly:

    • is not a party to any agreement created between users
    • does not provide legal advice
    • does not verify the legality, accuracy, or enforceability of user agreements
    • does not enforce agreements or resolve disputes between users

    All agreements created on the platform are solely between the users involved.

    3. User Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for:

    • the content of any agreement you create or accept
    • ensuring you understand the terms of any agreement before accepting it
    • complying with any obligations you agree to
    • ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws

    Discreetly does not assess whether an agreement is appropriate, fair, or lawful in your specific circumstances.

    4. No Legal Advice

    Nothing on the Discreetly platform constitutes legal advice.

    Any templates or example agreements provided are general in nature and offered for convenience only.

    You are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice if required.

    5. Disputes Between Users

    Any dispute arising from an agreement created on Discreetly is strictly between the users involved.

    Discreetly:

    • has no obligation to become involved in disputes
    • does not interpret agreements
    • does not provide opinions on enforceability

    You agree not to hold Discreetly liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user agreements.

    6. Platform Records

    Discreetly may store technical records relating to agreements created on the platform, including agreement text, timestamps, and party identifiers.

    These records are provided as a technical service only and do not imply endorsement, validation, or enforcement by Discreetly.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use Discreetly responsibly and lawfully.

    You must not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

    Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

    7.1 Emotional Harm, Coercion, or Manipulation

    Using Discreetly to:

    • emotionally manipulate, control, or coerce another person
    • pressure someone into agreements they do not freely consent to
    • facilitate harassment, intimidation, blackmail, or threats

    7.2 Illegal Activity

    Using Discreetly in connection with:

    • fraud or deception
    • extortion or blackmail
    • money laundering
    • any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

    7.3 Sexual Exploitation or Abuse

    Using Discreetly to:

    • facilitate sexual exploitation, abuse, or coercion
    • create or enforce agreements relating to illegal sexual activity
    • share, reference, or legitimise illegal sexual content

    This includes, without limitation, any content or activity involving minors.

    7.4 Age Restriction

    Discreetly is strictly for users aged 18 or over.

    You must not use the platform if you are under 18, and you must not create, send, or accept agreements involving anyone under 18.

    7.5 Third-Party Harm

    Using Discreetly to:

    • violate the rights or privacy of third parties
    • involve individuals who have not consented to the agreement
    • attempt to legitimise unlawful or non-consensual behaviour

    Discreetly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use section or applicable law.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discreetly shall not be liable for:

    • losses arising from reliance on user agreements
    • breaches of agreements by other users
    • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    Nothing in this agreement limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law.

    9. Changes to the Platform

    Discreetly may update or modify the platform at any time.

    Existing agreements between users are not altered by platform updates.

    10. Governing Law

    This User Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Any disputes relating to this User Agreement shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
