Free Sexting Consent Form with Discreetly
A sexting consent form records what two adults agreed to before anything intimate is exchanged — and, just as importantly, what they did not agree to. Discreetly makes one free and gets it signed by both people.

Why Sign a Sexting Consent Form?
It takes minutes and costs nothing. What it leaves behind is a written, dated record that there was no consent to share.
Records the limits, not just the yes
The document is explicit that consenting to receive something is not consent to keep it, show it or share it.
Active signature required
Signing means typing or drawing your own legal name. No pre-ticked boxes, no assumed agreement.
Works on a phone
The whole flow is built mobile-first, because that is where this conversation actually happens.
Free, always
Creating, sending, signing and downloading costs nothing. Identity verification is the only optional extra.
How It Works
Four steps, no drafting, no lawyer, no printer.
- 01
Create the agreement
Enter your full legal name and the other person's. The wording is already written — there is nothing to draft.
- 02
Send the private link
They receive a secure link by email. No account, no app, no sign-up required on their side.
- 03
Both people sign
Each person actively types or draws their legal name. Optionally, Stripe Identity verifies that name against a government ID.
- 04
Download the signed PDF
Once both signatures are in, you both get the same timestamped PDF. It is yours to keep, free.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from just saying yes?
A verbal yes leaves no record and is easy to dispute later. A signed form fixes both names, the date and the terms, and neither person can claim afterwards that sharing was allowed.
Can consent be withdrawn later?
Yes. The agreement includes a deletion right, and consent to exchange material is never consent to share it onward.
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating the agreement, inviting the other person, signing it and downloading the signed PDF costs nothing. Identity verification through Stripe Identity is an optional paid add-on if you want each signer's legal name confirmed against a government ID.
Does the other person need an account?
No. They receive a private link, read the agreement, type their full legal name to sign, and that is it. Only the person creating the agreement needs an account.
Discreetly provides a document service, not legal advice. Agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales. No agreement can prevent someone sharing material or guarantee a legal outcome; it records what was agreed and may be useful evidence if you need to report a breach or bring a claim.
