No. The agreement covers intimate material exchanged between the two named people as a category. You never describe, upload or attach anything.
Can we do this after we have already shared photos?
Yes. Signing now still records the agreed boundary going forward, and covers material already exchanged between the two of you.
Is it really free?

Does the other person need an account?
No. They receive a private link, read the agreement, type their full legal name to sign, and that is it. Only the person creating the agreement needs an account.
