US Support Is Coming — Live by 3 September
Following growing interest from users in the United States since August, Discreetly is adding legal support for the US. Expect it live next week, Thursday 3 September at the latest.
Discreetly agreements have been governed by the laws of England and Wales since launch. That's about to change: United States legal support is coming to Discreetly, extending the same binding agreement framework to users who want their protection under US law.
What's changing
- US legal support alongside the existing England and Wales coverage
- You choose the governing law when you create an agreement
- Optional Identity Verification for a paid fee, verified by Stripe
- Everything else stays the same — invite your partner, sign with your full legal name, download the signed PDF
When
We're targeting next week, Thursday 3 September 2026 at the latest.
What stays the same
Discreetly still never handles, stores, or transmits your private media. We only handle the agreement itself. Identity verification remains optional for a paid fee, and creating and signing an agreement remains free.
